PCC
is a community health center serving
the residents of Pendleton County, West Virginia, and surrounding
areas. We have two locations: one in Franklin on Pine Streeet and
the other in Riverton next to the Spruce Knob Seneca Rocks Telephone
Co. on Route 28.
At both PCC and North
Fork Clinic, people pay for services according
to their financial resources. Our sliding scale fee schedule ensures
that families of all income levels will receive the medical services
they need. Please contact us if you have any questions.

intake form and how to determine who is eligible.
School Programs
