| PCC
is located in its new building at 314 Pine Street in
downtown Franklin. Pine Street is a one-way street accessible
from Main Street. The front entrance is wheelchair-accessible,
and we can give you a hand getting inside if you need it. PCC
has three board-certified physicians and two mid-level medical
providers. |

J. King B.E. Seegar, III, MD has been with the clinic since
September 1987. He is certified in pediatrics and has also adult
medicine training.Dr. Seegar is the clinic’s Medical Director.
In addition to regular hours at the clinic, he spends some time
at the school-based health centers and at the nursing home.

Mary Bland, MD joined the staff 24 June 2002. Dr. Bland works
at PCC four days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday)
and is at NFC Tuesday morning and afternoon. |

Donald P. Mundy, PA-C has been the main medical provider at
the North Fork Clinic until 2005. He is now located in the Franklin
office and does acute care, walk-ins and urgents Mondays, Tuesdays
and Thursdays. He started at NFC in 1985, and has been an active
member of the community ever since. Mr. Mundy has had extensive
training in emergency medicine as well as family practice. |

Mary Ellen Wimer, CNP, joined the staff in August 2007. Prior
to that she was employed at the Winchester Medical Center and
other northern Virginia heath care providers for 20 years. In
the past two years, she earned her masters degree in nursing
become a certified nurse practitioner She is a native of Pendleton
County. |
